record including treasuring challan of deposit of rent and
registered AD cover with proper postal stamp by the petitioner in
time. Nazir is directed to issue the process within one week from
the receipt of such PF form, and notice be endorsed that
respondent may file objections, if any, within 30 days from the
date of receipt of notice. In case of non-availability, summons be
affixed.
