Ld. counsel for D-1 & D-2 showed from their file that they are not having the legible copy of paperbook and same has not been supplied to them in terms of order dated 09.07.2026. Plaintiff is directed to supply the legible copy of paperbook to D-1 & D-2 during course of the day against proper receiving. The copy of photographs shall be in coloured form. Subjected to above, matter is adjourned for filing WS by defendant nos. 1 & 2 within prescribed period with advance copy of the same to the plaintiff against proper receiving. Matter be relisted on 12.10.2026. At this stage, both parties submit that there are chances of settlement. Accordingly, the matter is referred to -- 1 of 2 -- Mediation Cell, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 05.09.2026 at 02:00 PM to enable the parties to pursue settlement talks. Parties are directed to appear in person alongwith their counsels before the Mediation Cell, on the above said date and time. Ahlmad is directed to send the reference well in advance.
