Defendant no. 1 and 3 are absent.
Summons were served upon the defendant no. 1 and
3 already and since no WS has been filed. Hence the defence of
defendant no. 1 and 3 is hereby struck off and ex-parte
proceedings are proceeded against defendant no. 1 and 3.
Copy of plaint alongwith document be supplied by
plaintiff to defendant no. 2 against acknowledgment.
Let WS be filed within 30 days from receiving of
plaint and documents with advance copy to the opposite side at
least 10 days prior to NDOH alongwith affidavit of admission
and denial.
The plaintiff is at liberty to file replication if any and
directed to file affidavit of admission and denial with advance
copy to defendant at least 3 days before NDOH.
The interim order be continued till NDOH.
List the matter for completion of pleading / framing
of issues on 14.09.2026.
