It is submitted by Ld. counsel for JD that parties has
settled the matter and the JD has undertaken to pay the amount of
Rs. 20,000/- today and shall pay the remaining amount of Rs.
2,82,500/- in monthly installments of Rs. 30,000/- as per english
calender year.
Ld. counsel for DH also conceded to submissions
made by Ld. counsel for JD.
The DH has received the payment of Rs. 20,000/-
today in court. Receiving thereof has been obtained on last
ordersheet.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for JD that the scooty
bearing registeration no. DL-5S-DJ 2575 may be released in
favour of JD as JD is duty bound to return the scooty to its actual
owner.
It is submitted by DH as well as Ld. counsel for DH
that the above scooty shall be returned to JD during course of the
day by way of returning the key and handing over of scooty to
JD.
At convenience of both sides, matter be relisted on
date already fixed i.e. 11.09.2026.
