List of witnesses and affidavit in evidence of the plaintiff
is on record. Ld. Proxy Counsel for the plaintiff submitted that copy
was supplied to the opposing Counsel through Whatsapp. Ld.
Counsel for the defendant denied the same. At this stage, physical
copy has been given to Ld. Counsel for the defendant by Ld. Proxy
Counsel for the plaintiff.
Affidavit in evidence of PW-2 along with application for
summoning of witnesses have been filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
Copy supplied to the other side today in the Court.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant submitted that copy of the
replication has not been received. At request, let the same be supplied
to Ld. Counsel for the defendant within a week from today.
Today Ld. Proxy Counsel for the plaintiff has put
exhibits and marks on some documents but affidavit in evidence of the
plaintiff/PW-1 has not been tendered at request of Ld. Proxy Counsel
who submitted that she requires instructions from the main Counsel.
