Present: Both the plaintiffs in person.
Sh. Nitesh Kumar, Ld. LAC for the plaintiff
through VC.
Defendant with Ld. Counsel Sh. Dayanand Sharma.
Matter is listed for PE. Ld. LAC submits that he is
presently in a hospital for an appointment. He submits that he can
appear in the post lunch session.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that he is not
available in the post lunch session and cannot wait till 2.00 p.m
as he has to appear before another court.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits
that the copy of the affidavit of evidence as supplied to the
defendant on the LDOH is incomplete as page no. 4 is missing
from the copy.
The email ID, Whatsapp number and the Chamber
address of the Ld. Counsel for the defendant has been handed
over to the plaintiffs by the Ld. Counsel for the defendant today
in the court. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs submits that he shall
supply the deficient copy to the Ld. Counsel for the defendant
within a week.
At request of the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs,
adjournment is allowed for today.
Last opportunity is given to both the parties for
PE/cross-examination.
