parties, following issues are being framed :

Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of
mandatory injunction, as prayed for? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of
permanent injunction, as prayed for? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of
damages of Rs.5000/- per month, as prayed for?

Whether the present suit has not been properly

Whether the defendant and her daughter are the joint
owner of the suit property as the defendant and her
husband spent money thereon and husband of the
defendant had also contributed in the purchase
amount of the suit property and the suit property
was purchased from joint family funds?OPD

No other issue arises or is pressed for.
List of witnesses on behalf of both the parties be filed
within 15 days from today with copy to each other.
Affidavits in evidence of PWs be filed by the plaintiff
