Present: Mr. Mohd. Ikram, Ld. Counsel for the applicant/
landlord (through VC).
This is an application seeking release of rent
deposited in favour of the applicant/ respondent by his tenant
Mohd. Illyas vide RC No.6/2020.
As per report of Nazir Sh. Anil Singh, an amount of
Rs. 18,900/- has been deposited by tenant through Mohd. Illyas in
favour of landlord Sh. Ash Mohammad in PDA Account No.
32423158943 of the Rent Controller under the DRC Act.
In view of the above, therefore, the aforesaid amount
of Rs.18,900/- be released to the applicant upon filing of certified
copy of the order dated 19.02.2020 vide which the said rent was
directed to be deposited.
Application disposed off accordingly.
Nazir to do needful.
File be consigned to record room.
