There is some connectivity issue in VC, so voice of
defendant no. 1/BSES is bleak and broken.
Copy of WS supplied to plaintiff.
At this stage, both parties submit that there are
chances of settlement. Accordingly, the matter is referred to
Mediation Cell, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 14.08.2025 at
02:00 PM to enable the parties to pursue settlement talks.
Parties are directed to appear in person alongwith
their counsels before the Mediation Cell, on the above said date
and time. Ahlmad is directed to send the reference well in
advance.
Matter shall be relisted in the court on 21.08.2025
for outcome of mediation talks and for arguments on application
u/o 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC.
