Perusal of the record reveals that defendants no. 2 &
7 have not served till date and no steps were taken in this regard.
Also, perusal reveals that an application u/O 6 Rule 17 CPC and
application u/O 11 Rule 14 CPC filed by the plaintiff are pending
adjudication. It is also noted that application u/O 7 Rule 11 CPC
filed by defendant no. 1 is also pending adjudication.
Defendants are directed to file reply to the
applications u/O 6 Rule 17 CPC & u/O 11 Rule 14 CPC
positively by the next date of hearing.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for the plaintiff submits
that he wishes to drop some defendants and he will be moving an
appropriate application in this regard.
Put up for filing reply / arguments on said
applications on 11.08.2025.
