the provisions u/o 12 Rule 6 CPC but he does not press any relief
u/o 12 Rule 6 CPC and the mentioning of the provision is just
formal in nature. Copy supplied.
It is objected by Ld. counsel for the defendant that
copy of replication supplied to him is not signed and also not
attested.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff undertakes to suply the
signed attested copy of the same to the defendant within 03 dates
from today.
Photocopy of document filed by defendant in terms
of order dated 17.04.2025.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the plaintiff that he
is not well today and he will argue on interim application on next
date of hearing.
