It is submitted by Ld. counsel for plaintiff that on
last date of hearing, some other counsel appeared and the copy of
the application u/o VII Rule 10 CPC was not supplied to plaintiff,
so that may be supplied and matter may be adjourned for
reply/arguments on application u/o VII Rule 10 CPC.
Perusal of record shows that on 04.06.2026, Sh.
Surender Dubey, Ld. counsel for plaintiff appeared and copy of
application u/o VII Rule 10 CPC was supplied to him. So, above
submissions has no ground to stand, accordingly, declined.
On every date of hearing, the submissions received
from plaintiff side regarding change of counsel and to seek
adjournment. Plaintiff is now in habit of making submissions for
change of counsel on number of consecutive dates, so, none of
above submissions made by plaintiff hold any water for
adjournment on some plausible reason.
