(through VC).
None for the defendant no. 1 and 3.
Defendant no. 2 produced from JC.
Defendant no. 2 submits that he has receive the copy of
plaint alongwith all the documents.
Let WS be filed on behalf of the defendant no.2 within
stipulated time with advance copy to the opposite side at least 7 days
prior to NDOH.
Defendant no. 2 is at liberty to approach DLSA, North-
East for seeking legal aid, if required.
Defendant no. 2 submits that he does not want to contest
the present matter.
Separate statement of defendant no.2 has been recorded
to that effect.
In view of the statement of defendant no. 2, a separate
statement of plaintiffs is recorded seeking to drop defendant no.2 from
the array of defendants.
In view of the above statement, defendant no.2 is
dropped.
Perusal of record would reveal that defendant no. 1 and
3 have not been appearing from last three dates.
It appears that defendant no. 1 and 3 are not interested in
pursuing the present case. In view of the same, defendant is proceeded
against ex-parte.
