defendant no. 2.
Reply to show cause notice is already filed on behalf
of BSES as per which due to inadvertence the factum of
compliance of order dt. 04.06.2026 could not be intimated.
The defendant accepts the inadvertence in view of
which the contempt proceedings are hereby stopped.
In the reply to show cause notice it has also been
stated that the efforts of defendant no. 2 to install the electricity
meter at the premises are stalled due to obstructions created by
defendant no. 1.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 denies creating
any obstruction.
In view of the same let SHO concerned be directed
to depute Police Official alongwith one lady police official at the

spot so that BSES may install the electricity meter.
Plaintiff is also at liberty to video record the
proceedings on installing the electricity meter at the premises.
Let copy of this order be sent to SHO concerned for
compliance.
Ld. Counsel for BSES is directed to liaison with the
concerned police official regarding the date and time on which
the electricity meter would be installed.
List the matter for further proceedings on
28.10.2026.
