has not paid the rent for the period March 2016 to February 2017
to which Non applicant/Respondent has tendered the admitted
rent for the said period to Ld. Counsel for LRs of
Applicant/Petitioner which has been accepted by Ld. Counsel.
He wishes to withdraw the present application upon instructions
of the Applicant.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel has been recorded
to this effect.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the LRs
of applicant/Petitioner, the present application is disposed of as
satisfied.
