Present: Sh. Mohd. Ikram, Ld. Counsel for DH alongwith
DH.
Notice issued to the JD has not been received back.
However, ld. counsel for the DH has placed on record the postal
receipt and track consignment report showing that the notice has
been delivered to the JD.
In view of the same, it is deemed that the JD has
been served with the notice of the execution petition.
Despite the same, the JD has failed to appear today.
Accordingly, issue warrants of possession of
property bearing no. H.No. C-257, first floor, glai no. 11, 1st
Pusta, New Usmanpur, Village Ghonda, Gujaran Khadar District
North-East, New Delhi-110053 in favour of the DH and against
the JD, on filing of PF, returnable for the NDOH.
Also, let warrants of attachment of movable property
of JD be issued in favour of DH for realization of decreetal
amount on filing of PF, returnable for next date.
The DH shall appear before the Ld. ACJ, North-
East, KKD for appointment of bailiff on 07.05.2025 at 2:00 pm.
The process be returnable before this court on
30.05.2025.
The bailiff shall enquire about any stay prior to
carrying out the execution.
