V/C alongwith plaintiff in person.
Process received back served from jail which was
received by Superintendent, Mandoli Jail only but not by
defendant. The Superintendent not clarified whether the
process/summons has been duly handed over to defendant or not.
Order dated 16.04.2025 be complied afresh with
direction to Superintendent, Mandoli Jail to properly mention on
the process that whether the process received in the jail on
26.05.2025 were handed over to defendant or not. Jail
Superintendent is directed to mention on the report regarding the
fresh summons also that whether the summons has been handed
over to defendant or not.
Copy of today’s ordersheet be sent alongwith
process.
Previous order be complied afresh.
Matter be re-listed on 30.07.2025.
