The list of witness has been delayed for about 02
years, so, same is not taken on record, however in the interest of

justice, proposed DW/Dharmender Upadhyay, Bijender and
officials of BSES, Yamuna Power Limited be summoned on
filing of addresses of above witnesses alongwith PF.
At request by Ld. counsel for applicant/defendant,
summons may be served through e-mode also on furnishing of
affidavit to that effect alongwith personal mobile number of all of
these persons.
At this stage, defendant filed the affidavit of
DW/Satish Sharma/defendant, copy supplied.
