any payment after the first installment in terms of the above
Mediation settlement. Accordingly, said settlement stands
resiled from. The amount of Rs. 30,000/- which has been
received by the plaintiff in terms of above stated settlement shall
be adjusted in the final judgment.
Matter shall now be proceeded on merits.
Matter is pending at the stage of arguments on
application of defendant seeking leave to defend. One more
opportunity is granted to the defendant to appear before this
court and advance arguments on the said application on the next
date of hearing, in default of which adverse consequences shall
follow.
