Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of the defendant
no. 2 to 6. Same is taken on record.
WS alongwith supporting affidavit has been filed on
behalf of defendant no. 1. Taken on record. Copy be supplied.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 to 6 submits that he
has not received the copy of the contents of the pendrive filed by
the plaintiff. The plaintiff is directed to supply the same to the
defendants within 10 days from today.
Defendant no. 2 to 6 are directed to file WS within
stipulated time mentioned in CPC with advance copy to the
opposite party at least 15 days prior to the NDOH.
The plaintiff is also directed to file replication to the
WS of all the defendants, if any, with advance copy to the
opposite party before the NDOH.
Be put up for completion of pleadings, admission-
denial/ framing of issues on 19.05.2025.
