Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Same
is taken on record.
Memo of appearance filed on behalf of defendant no. 2
to 6.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 1 submits that he would
file the vakalatnama during the course of the day.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 to 6 submits that she has
not received the copy of the plaint and documents.
The summons issued to defendant no. 2 to 6 have been
received back with the report that defendant no. 6 was found at the
premises and he refused to receive the summons and the copy of the
plaint. Three copies of the plaint and documents have been provided
to ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 to 6 today from the court file.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 1 submits that he has also
not received the complete legible documents annexed with the plaint.
Copy supplied today.
Defendants are directed to file WS within stipulated time
mentioned in CPC with advance copy to the opposite party at least 15
days prior to the NDOH. The plaintiff is also directed to file
replication, if any, with advance copy to the opposite party before the
NDOH.
