None for the JD no. 1 despite wait and repeated
calls.
Ld. Counsel for the DH states that on the last date of
hearing, JD No. 1 assured the DH that he would make the entire
payment to the DH within a period of two months.
He states that the JD No. 1 has made a payment of
Rs. 5,000/- only after the LDOH.
He further states that no further payment has been
made by any of the JDs.
Today none has appeared for the JD No. 1.
At request, issue fresh warrants of attachment of
movable properties of the JD No. 1, 2 and 4 be issued on filing of
PF returnable for the next date of hearing.

DH is directed to appear before the Ld. ACJ (NE),
Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 06/08/2025 for appointment of
Bailiff.
Let the fresh address of JD no. 3 be also filed by the
next date of hearing.
In the meantime, DH is directed to file the
calculation sheet in respect to the remaining decreetal amount.
Now to come up before this court on 19/09/2025.
