Present: Sh. Mohd. Junaid, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the DH
through VC.
Fresh address of JD No. 3 has not been filed by the
DH till date.
Warrants of attachment issued against the JD No. 1
have been received back with report that the JD No. 1 paid an
amount of Rs. 30,000/- to the AR of the DH.
Warrants of attachment issued against JD No. 4
received back unexecuted with report that none for the DH
accompanied the bailiff for execution of warrants.
Warrants of attachment issued against JD No. 2 not
received back.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for the DH submits that the
warrants of attachment against the JD No. 1 be not issued as he
needs some time to verify whether the JD No. 1 has made further
payment.
At request, let fresh warrants of attachment of
movable properties of the JD no. 2 and 4 be issued on filing of
PF returnable for the next date of hearing.
DH is directed to appear before the Ld. ACJ (NE),
Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 11/03/2025 for appointment of
Bailiff.
