The suit has also been settled qua the arrears of rent and other
reliefs sought by him and nothing remains to be tried in the
present suit.
Defendant, who is also present in the court,
concedes the same.
Separate statements of the plaintiff and defendant
have been recorded to this effect. They have also filed

In view of the statement of the parties, the present
