time to file replication till lunch time.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed
replication against the WS filed by defendant no.1 alongwith
reply to the application u/O 39 Rule 1 and 2 filed by the
defendant no.1.

Copy of replication and reply supplied, however, the
photocopy of documents annexed with the application is not
clear.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to supply the
legible copy of all the documents to defendant no.1 on or before
next date of hearing.
Further, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has moved an
application u/O VII Rule 14 r.w. order 8 Rule 9 of CPC. Copy
supplied to defendant no.1.
WS has not been filed by defendant no.2 despite
directions in order dated 20.01.2026. Accordingly, the defence of
the defendant no. 2 is struck off.
