Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff at this stage, submits that he seeks to withdraw his prayer with respect to stay order against SHO, PS Gokul Puri. Considering the submissions, the aforesaid prayer is dropped and accordingly, the defendant no. 3 is deleted from the array of parties. Considering that the matter is at the initial stage, application under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC is allowed and amended plaint is taken on record. Issue summons for settlement of issues for service upon the defendant no. 1 and 2 by ordinary process as well as through post/speed post, returnable on the next date of hearing Steps be taken within a week from today.
