Present: Mr. M.L.Gupta, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff with
plaintiff.
Mr. Neeraj Chauhan, Ld. Counsel for the defendant
no.1 with defendant no.1.
Matter already settled qua defendant no.2.
Fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the
defendant no.1. Taken on record.
As per record, fresh Vakalatnama was filed on
defendant no1 on 13.12.2025 and accordingly Ld.LAC Sh. Atul
Sharma was discharged in the present case. On the last date of
hearing, one Mr.Saurav Chauhan proxy Counsel for defendant
no.1 had appeared.
Today again fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on
behalf of defendant no.1.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1
that the case file is with Mr.Atul sharma, Ld.LAC till date and it
has not been received from him despite being contacted by
defendant no.1 herself.
In these circumstances, issue notice to the Ld.LAC
through the Ld. Secretary DLSA, North-East, District to hand
over the case file to Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1 for the next
date of hearing.

PW1 has been further examined in chief. Cross-
examination of PW1 is deferred at request of Ld.Counsel on the
ground that he has not received the case file from Ld.LAC.
Put up for cross-examination of PW1 on 28.04.2026.
