Mahender Singh, ld. counsel for the JD.
An urgent application u/s 151 CPC has been filed
on behalf of the JD requesting a stay on the order directing
warrants of attachment of movable property issued agianst the
JD vide order dated 06.12.2024.
It is submitted by the ld. counsels for the JD that an
appeal has been filed against the order of this court dated
06.12.2024 and Ld. DJ-02, North-East has stayed the
proceedings of the present execution petition. Ld. counsel for the
JD has also annexed copy of the ordersheet dated 20.12.2024 of
the Ld. DJ-02, North-East, KKD courts.
The application as well as the order dated
20.12.2024 has been perused.
In view of the order, the warrants issued against the
JD vide order dated 06.12.2024 are hereby recalled.
Matter be fixed up on date already fixed i.e.
17.01.2025.
Copy of this order be given dasti to ld. counsel for
JD, as prayed.
Copy of this order be also sent to ld. counsel for DH.
Copy of this order be also sent to In-charge, Nazarat
Branch for necessary compliance.
