It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff that on
the last date of hearing, an application under Order X read with
Section 151 CPC was filed by him, however, in the last
ordersheet, it was mentioned that an application under Order I
Rule 10 CPC has been filed by the plaintiff and it is prayed that
the aforesaid error be rectified. Heard. Previous order is rectified
to the effect.
Reply to application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC,
replication on behalf of plaintiff to the WS filed on behalf of
defendant no. 2 and 3 and replication on behalf of plaintiff to the
WS filed on behalf of defendant no. 1 filed today. Copy supplied.
Further arguments heard on application under Order
VII Rule 11 CPC.
Be put up for clarification/order on application under
Order VII Rule 11 CPC on 06.10.2023.
Meanwhile, defendants are restrained from creating
any third party interest in the suit property bearing No. T-368,
Gali no. 10, Gautam Pur, Shahdara, Delhi and property bearing
no. C-389, Gali no. 13, Usmanpur, Delhi till the next date of
hearing.
