Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused
PF filed. Tracking report filed for service of dasti summons, as per
which accused has been served.
Since accused has not put in appearance despite due service,
let B/Ws be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one
surety of like amount upon filing of PF by the complainant within fifteen
working days.

Complainant/reader is directed to provide the copy of the
complaint alongwith documents to the accused within 14 days.
Accused is directed to appear before the court, if he does not
receive the copy within 14 days for collection copy of the complaint.
