that no body is responsibile for this, the accused persons cannot be given clean chit.
He has pointed out towards the post-mortem report also.
Perusal of the complaint reveals that serious allegations of rape and
threat to the life of the daughter of the complainant have been levelled against the
accused, but still, no action has been taken. It is also not clear whether the FSL result
has come or still awaited.

Let ATR be called from the DCP concerned under his own signatures as
to why, the FIR was not registered when the contents of the complaint discloses the
commission of serous cognizable offence like rape.
