The reader of this court is on medical leave since 01.09.2025.
Present: None for complainant.
Notice issued to ACP concerned received back with the report that
file now has been marked to ASI Rajkumar Sirohi who is on EL since 22.11.2025
vide DD No.14A.
Let notice be issued EO ASI Rajkumar through SHO PS concerned
to file the ATR on following points:
(i) whether any complaint has been made by the complaint in
the police station concerned? If yes, on which date?
(ii) whether any action has been taken by the police on the
said complaint? If yes, what action has been taken?
(iii) whether result of inquiry, any cognizable offence is made
out against the accused persons? If yes, whether any FIR
has been registered and the stage and status of the
investigation?;
(iv) If no cognizable offence is made out, whether complainant
has been informed accordingly.
The complainant is directed to supply extra copy of the complaint to
the Ahlmad/Naib Court so that the same can be attached with the notice.
Enquiry Officer to ensure that status report is forwarded by SHO
concerned. Put up for filing of report/consideration on 01.04.2026.
Copy of this order be sent alongwith notice upon SHO concerned.
