Since, the accused did not appear despite execution of B/Ws, it
appears that he is deliberately avoiding process of the court.
No intimation/exemption qua the absence of accused received.
Even accused has not appeared through VC.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused upon filing PF by
the complainant within 15 working days and NBWs be executed by the
concerned SHO.
Accused is directed to remain present in person on NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused on 21.03.2025.

Ld. Counsel for the accused orally prays for cancellation of NBWs
on the ground that accused was not duly instructed and therefore, could not
appear on the time before the court.
Heard. Considering the aforesaid ground, NBWs issued
against the accused are hereby recalled.
Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/-
with one surety in the like amount. Bail bonds not furnished. Time sought.
Allowed. Accused is also directed to upload the same on portal.
Accused is directed to remain present in person on NDOH.
Put up for framing of notice/furnishing of bail bond on 21.03.2025.
