had ordered release of amount from different banks, however, till
date the said order has not been complied with in toto.
Clarification sought from the IO. It is submitted by
him that some other IO had filed the report in FIR no. 8/24 on
the basis of which order dated 29.07.2024 was passed by Ld.
Predecessor. There may be some discrepancy with the aforesaid
report as initially the amount freezed with the bank was not
being verified with the concerned bank by the investigating
agency.
In light of this, issue notice to the IO through SHO
concerned to file the fresh report in the instant matter as well as
comprehensive status report on the NDOH.
