behalf of the accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that inadvertently dasti
summons could not be collected and request for one more opportunity to collect
the same and file the delivery report by the NDOH. Heard and allowed subject
to last and final opportunity.
Fresh summons be issued in terms of the last order through all modes
upon filing of PF within 07 days. Complainant is directed to get the service of the
summons done at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
In case steps are not taken adverse view shall be taken.
