At the request of complainant, owing to remarks in the
returning memo dt. 19.07.2023 the bank witness (s) cited at serial no.4
in the list of witnesses on behalf of complainant are hereby not dropped.
Accused is directed to file application U/s. 145(2) NI Act with
advance copy to other side within 30 days.
It is further clarified that if the application gets allow on NDOH,
cross examination shall be conducted on the same day and adjournment will not
granted to counsel for the accused on the ground of further preparation.
