AR for the complainant in person.
Accused absent.
Bail bonds not furnished.
Matter is at the stage of framing of notice/furnishing of bail bond.
NBWs issued against the accused received back unexecuted through
DCP concerned with report that the accused resides as tenant at the given address but
his whereabouts are not known since some time. In support, relevant DD entry has been
annexed. Taken on record.
B/Ws issued vide previous order received back duly served at the given
address. Therefore, the court is of the opinion that accused is deliberately avoiding to
appear before the court and absconding from clutches of law since the accused had
appeared before the Court on 10.09.2024 and absenting himself since then.
Issue fresh process U/s. 82 Cr.P.C. against the accused on filing PF
within 15 days through SHO concerned for NDOH.
Process server be summoned for recording his statement and
complete documents (affidavit and ID proofs of the witnesses) qua execution of
process U/s. 82 Cr.P.C. on filing of PF within 7 days on NDOH.
Put up for framing of notice/furnishing of bail bond/ report on Process
U/s. 82 Cr.P.C. on 19.08.2025.
