As per reply of IO, he has no objection to release the
seized amount in favour of the applicant/victim.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and
upon considering the reply of the IO, the application stands allowed.
Hence, the amont of Rs. 26,000/- is directed to be released from account
NAME ISERVEU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED bearing A/c
No. 8327760313110693 IFSC Code AUBL0002496 to the complainant
Mohd. Suhail in his account No. 20780110176726, IFSC
Code :UCBA0002078.
The applicant shall file an indemnity bond in the sum of
Rs. 26,000/- before the IO so that in case the said amount is claimed by
someone else later, the applicant shall indemnify the said claimant to the
extent of money released to him.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the applicant and IO.
