Matter is fixed for consideration on the point of cognizance.
Record perused.
On perusal of charge sheet, documents and the statements of the
witnesses u/s 180 BNSS, I take cognizance of the alleged offences
committed.
Accused has appeared.
Since the accused was on police bail, therefore the court deems
it fit to enlarge the accused on court bail. Accused is admitted to court bail
upon furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of
like amount.
Bail bonds of the accused furnished, the same are accepted.
Original RC retained. Robkar be issued.
Copy of the chargesheet be supplied to accused against due
acknowledgment.
Re-list for scrutiny of documents/consideration on charge on
09.12.2026.
