Today, report has been filed by IO.
Perusal of the record reveals that the report which has
been filed is the verbatally same report which was filed by the IO
on 18.07.2026. Perusal of both the reports reveal that not even a
single word has been changed by the IO and report which was filed
on 18.07.2026 has been filed today without any change. It seems
that IO is not doing investigation in the present matter and just
delaying the matter.
In view of above, let notice be issued to DCP to take
appropriate action against the IO for deriliction of duty on her part.
