Accused with Ms. Kiran Singh, Ld Counsel for the accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that she is newly engaged in the present
matter and has filed her vakalatnama. Same be taken on record.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.15,000/- each.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of bail bonds.
Shashi has stood as surety for the accused. Surety documents perused and
accepted. FDR retained on record. Necesssary intimation be sent to the bank concerned.
Ld Counsel for the accused confirms receiving the copy of the complaint. She
requests for some time to go through the same. Allowed.
Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlement/framing of notice
and further proceedings on 22.08.2026.
