Matter is at the stage of
PF filed. NBWs issued against the accused received back from
concerned DCP Office unexecuted with report that process server met with the
brother of the accused who stated that accused is not residing at the given address
and is residing in Kullu since two years and he will intimate the NDOH to the
accused. Further, the phone number of the accused was found switched off.
On court inquiry, accused submits that currently he is residing at
house no. 219, Central Bank, Ward NO.8, Dhal Pur, near Bus Stand Kullu,HP-
175101 and his currently operative phone number is the same as mentioned on
record.
Ahlmad is directed to update the fresh address of the accused on
record.
Previous cost is pending against the accused.
It is submitted by the accused that he has not received the copy of
the complaint and his mobile number is 9811625665.
Complainant/reader is directed to provide the copy of the complaint
alongwith documents to the accused within 14 days.
Accused is directed to appear before the court, if he does not
receive the copy within 14 days for collection copy of the complaint.
Put up for framing of notice on 16.07.2025.
