Present: Ms. Himani Mudgal, Ld Counsel for the complainant with AR.
Accused with ld counsel Ms. Barkha Grover.
An application for cancellation of NBWs has been received on the ground
that the accused was not aware of the last date of hearing.
Submissions heard and record perused.
Accused undertakes that he shall appear on each and every date in future. Ld.
counsel also gives his undertaking to let the accused appear on each and every date in future.
Heard.
Taking a lenient view in the present matter and in view of the submissions
made, NBWs issued against the accused Deepanshu Panchal are hereby cancelled.
Accused is directed to file bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- with one
surety in the like amount.
At this stage, personal bonds furnished. Same are accepted till NDOH.
Surety to appear on NDOH.
It is jointly submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and
Rs.1,50,000/- has been paid by the accused to the complainant.
Put up for verification of payment/DE on 14.07.2026.
