Matter is at the stage of framing of notice/furnishing of bail bond.
Authority letter filed on behalf of accused by ld. LAC. Taken on
record.
Previous cost not paid by accused. Same be paid and receipt
be filed on NDOH.
Ld. LAC for the accused submits that he has been supplied copy of
complaint and annexed documents pertaining to CC NO. 929/2023 and not with
regard to present case. Therefore, the compliance has not been done on behalf of
the complainant.
Ld counsel for the complainant is directed to supply to the
copy of complaint and annexed documents to the accused before NDOH.
Accused is also granted opportunity to receive the copy of
complaint and annexed documents from the court, if complainant fails to supply
the aforesaid before NDOH.
Accused is directed to remain present in person on NDOH.
Put up framing of notice/furnishing of bail bond on 15.05.2025.
