Present: Complainant in person.
Matter is fixed for filing of status report.
Notice issued to SI Keshav Dalal received back duly executed,
however he has not appeared.
It has been informed by the Naib Court that the said SI is on
leave.
On LDOH, notice was issued to the SHO concerned through
ACP to appear in person in the Court and to apprise this Court about the
status of the chargesheet in FIR No. 211/2024. Despite the specific
directions, SHO, Khajuri Khas has not appeared nor any status report has
been received by this Court.
It is seen that the FIR was registered in the year 2024, however
till date, no report has been received by this Court qua the investigation
conducted in the same.
Let notice be issued to the ACP concerned through DCP to
appear in person in the Court and apprise this Court about the status of
the chargesheet in FIR No. 211/2024.
A copy of this order be also sent to the DCP concerned
reflecting the lackadaisical attitude of the IOs as well as the SHO in the
present case.
Re-list for further proceedings on 24.10.2026.
