Present: Mr. Firoz Alam, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused
In compliance with previous order, ld counsel for the complainant
has filed service report qua dasti summons through speed post alongwith Google
location and photograph and whatsapp, supported with certificate U/s. 63 BSA.
As per the report, the dasti summons have been served through
speed post were returned back with remarks “intimation served” and therefore,
dasti summons were returned back to the sender. It is deemed delivery. Further,
counsel for the complainant submits that the whatsapp number upon which dasti
summons have been served is not on record but has been provided by land lord of
the accused, where the accused is currently residing. Fresh address is already on
record.
Since accused has not put in appearance despite due service,
let B/Ws be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one
surety of like amount upon filing of PF by the complainant within fifteen
working days.
Put up for appearance of accused on 21.05.2025.
