Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the present
matter and has filed his vakalatnama. Same be taken on record.
An oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused for today. Heard and
allowed. However, no exemption shall be granted on NDOH. Accused is strictly directed
to appear on next date of hearing failing which an adverse view shall be taken.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on

Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlment/framing of
notice and further proceedings on 06.03.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
