shooting, stabbing or cutting. He further submits that the injury was not that
of grave nature as the complainant was discharged on same date.
Ld. counsel for complainant submits that the complainant has
suffered 4 stitches on his temporal region and thus offence u/s 308 IPC is
attracted.
