Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
with one surety in the like amount. Bail bonds not furnished. Time sought.
Allowed. Accused is also directed to upload the same on portal.
It is submitted by the accused that he has not received the copy of
the complaint and his mobile number is 9999202023.
Complainant/reader is directed to provide the copy of the complaint
alongwith documents to the accused within 14 days.
Accused is directed to appear before the court, if he does not
receive the copy within 14 days for collection copy of the complaint.
At this stage, both the parties orally submit that they wish to
explore the possibility of settlement and matter may be referred to Mediation. Let
