stated that the property/loan papers are kept in safe custody/vault for security purpose and
time is required to provide the documents to the EO. Hence, time is sought to file conclusive
ATR.

Joint CP concerned is directed to file conclusive report in view of Section
154(3) Cr.PC and apprise the court if the complaint in the opinion on the DCP
concerned discloses a cognizable offence or not. It is specifically clarified that
preliminary inquiry cannot continue without any end date. Already 5 moths have
elapsed.
